Late Apex Storage Condos plans to offer individuals and businesses, fully secure storage/flex space in individual storage units in a complex just off I-77 in Mooresville, NC. The facility will offer customizable, fully conditioned, indoor storage for RVs, boats, trailers, cars or just about anything else you need to tuck away and protect. Select units will have retail frontage and customer parking. The facility will be a perfect addition to the landscape of Race City USA. With an ideal location in the rapidly growing Lake Norman area, these units will provide a great flexible storage for businesses, car collectors, boaters, racers and other just families needing more space for too much stuff.
STATE OF THE ART FLEXIBLE STORAGE FACILITY
Units are contemplated to range from roughly 500 s.f. to over 3,700 s.f. with minimum 14′ clear ceilings, 50 amp electrical service, water/sewer access, WiFi and 24 hour security/owner access with video surveillance. Adjacent units can be combined for even larger spaces. Coded security gates will provide 24 hour owner access to a large central courtyard with ample room to permit semi-trailer ingress/egress making maneuvering large rigs no problem. As currently planned, units will range from approximately 30′ to up to 65′ deep to accommodate a range of storage needs. The complex will have common area bathrooms, a mail room and RV dump/clean out.
